Suzanne is a seasoned real estate professional and property manager with over 15 years of experience. A long-time resident of Southampton, she brings a deep understanding of the local community to her work. 

She has cultivated extensive expertise in managing diverse property portfolios and delivering top-tier real estate solutions. With a robust background in property management and real estate, her expertise extends beyond traditional real estate services; she has substantial experience in renovating, decorating, and home construction. This diverse background allows her to offer valuable insights to clients.

Additionally, as a lifelong equestrian, Suzanne is well equipped to assist clients seeking/selling equestrian properties, understanding the unique requirements and features these properties entail. 

 As part of a family-run business, she brings a unique blend of traditional values and innovative practices to our operations.

Connor Mott is the Head of Business at Goodlife Capital Group, LLC, With an impressive background in management, sales and as a former entrepreneur, Connor brings his business insight, leadership skills, and powerful ability to help companies grow. Laser-focused and always thinking long-term, Connor recognizes that clients are not only looking for an agent or a property manager to help them buy, sell or rent their home, they're also looking for lenders, movers, renovators, etc. In other words, clients don't want to work with a company that only provides transactional services, they want to work with a company that sees them through every aspect of the home-ownership process.

Head of Security and Emotional Support

With over a decade of loyal service, Remington, affectionately known as "Remy" brings both bark and heart to the Goodlife Property Management Team. As our official head of security and emotional support, Remy's primary responsibilities include greeting team members with tail wags, ensuring daily cuddle quotas are met and attending meetings when they're good snacks. 

Don't be fooled by his tough Doberman exterior, Remy is a gentle soul who takes his job seriously. Whether he's keeping an eye on the team or providing comfort on long days, his calming presence is a daily reminder of loyalty, love, and protection.
